Overview

Please review the policies on payment, refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations.

Payment

Payments are made on a monthly basis in full prior to the beginning of the next month of training. No exceptions.

Refunds

Refunds are available after three consecutive months of training. This is to allow new neuromuscular pathways to develop. If, after 12 weeks, you’re not happy, I will refund you the rest of your monthly payment without question.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

You can reschedule any session for another day/time within the same calendar month. Any session rescheduled within 24hrs of a training session will incur a 50% charge for that session, prorated to your monthly account. For example, if you signed up for eight sessions/month and have to reschedule session #6 within the the 24 hr window, then session #8 will only be a 30min session.

Policies apply to me, as well. If I need to reschedule within 24hrs of our session for any reason then I will either a) credit your account the respective fee for that session b) offer a remote training session at a discounted rate or c) write a one-day exercise routine you can do on your own at a discounted rate.
